Programme Duration The Executive Club is a 6-month English programme designed for working professionals.
Attendance & Participation Responsibility 2.1 The Client is responsible for attending scheduled classes responsibly. 2.2 The Client is responsible for managing his/her own schedule to avoid unnecessary absences. 2.3 Non-attendance, late attendance, or lack of participation does not exempt the Client from payment obligations. 2.4 The programme duration will not be extended, paused, or rescheduled due to missed classes. Missed classes will not be replaced.
Practical Programme 3.1 This is a hands-on programme, not lecture-based. 3.2 Your results depend on your effort, including completing lessons, attending classes, and following the methods. 3.3 Brican is not responsible for your results if you don’t fully commit. Please manage your expectations accordingly.
Cancellation Policy 4.1 The Executive Club programme requires a 6-month commitment. 4.2 Any request to cancel must be submitted in writing at least one (1) month in advance. 4.3 In the event of cancellation, the Client is required to pay the full remaining course fee. However, as a gesture of goodwill, Brican English allows the Client to settle the cancellation by paying one (1) month’s balance fee only, instead of the full remaining balance. 4.4 Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]. 4.5 All payments already charged prior to the effective cancellation date are non-refundable.
Completion Certificate 5.1 To get a certificate, you must: 5.1.1 Complete the UYE programme AND; 5.1.2 Attend at least 80% of Fluency Activity Classes.
